Our main activity is to help our international partners manage all the different phases of product sourcing and supplier management, especially during the development of private labels.

Our added value lies in supporting our customers and supervising our suppliers; by working in many different markets, in both retail and industries, we can offer a global view and identify the ideal suppliers for the diverse needs of our partners.

Most of our partners are only a few hours’ flight away from us, so we visit them periodically, also with our customers – and their auditors.

Most importantly, we never introduce a supplier to a client before we have assessed and approved their facility and operation.

Workflow

Receipt of the brief

The brief is a crucial step.

It identifies all the characteristics of the project and allows us to be effective and efficient, ensuring that the suppliers and products we then present meet our customers' expectations.

Supplier selection

Based on the brief, the most critical step is to identify a supplier who can meet our customers' needs, not only in terms of product, but also in terms of business approach.

Every customer has different needs, which is why our supplier base include partners who cover the most diversified market segments worldwide.

Commercials and NPD

The product must meet the customer's quality and fair price expectations.

We oversee the entire product development process, ensuring that suppliers implement customer requirements and that the latter understand what can be achieved by the producers.

Order management

Once the project has been developed, we follow the supplier all the way through the supply chain, making sure they meet their delivery deadlines, thus respecting the product launch windows.

Product life cycle and supplier management

We then follow the entire product life cycle, ensuring that the supplier communicates all product developments and that our customers always have access to all the latest news.
